01 - Combine lukewarm water, granulated sugar, and active dry yeast in a large mixing bowl. Stir gently and let sit for 5–10 minutes, until foamy.
02 - Add all-purpose flour, softened butter, and fine salt to the yeast mixture. Mix until a shaggy dough forms.
03 - Transfer dough onto a lightly floured surface and knead for 8–10 minutes until smooth and elastic.
