# Directions:

01 - Preheat your oven to 175°C (350°F). Grease and flour a standard loaf pan (approximately 23x13 cm or 9x5 inches).
02 - In a large bowl, cream together the softened butter and granulated sugar until light and fluffy.
03 - Beat in the eggs one at a time, then stir in the mashed bananas and vanilla extract until well combined.
04 - In a separate medium bowl, whisk together the all-purpose flour, baking soda, ground cinnamon, and salt.

06 - Pour the batter into the prepared loaf pan and spread evenly. Bake for 50-60 minutes, or until a wooden skewer inserted into the center comes out clean.
